Additionally, Mike is the Founder and CEO of Keystone National Properties (KNPRE). Mike founded KNPRE to build a business that provides accretive impact and tax-advantaged investment opportunities for family offices and other high-net-worth individuals. As CEO, he is responsible for creating and leading the execution of the firm’s long-term business strategy, identifying new opportunities for impact and growth, structuring investment opportunities, as well as building and maintaining the firm’s relationships. 

Mike is a seasoned entrepreneur in the private equity and real estate sectors. His expertise includes fund formation, developing and successfully implementing strategies for accessing capital, as well as asset management. Throughout his career, he has closed on hundreds of millions in transactions. Over the last two decades, Mike has built numerous successful businesses. In addition to KNPRE, he is the owner of several businesses in the financial technology, family office, and wellness industries.

Mike is the 1031 exchange expert for the New York Real Estate Journal and has been featured in the Real Deal. Mike, a sought-after real estate investment thought leader, has presented at numerous nationally recognized family office events and business conferences. He has shared the stage with world-renowned business leaders, including Tony Robbins.
