Logan Allin is a Sloan Fellow at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business (graduating in summer 2013), and is concurrently consulting to myriad venture capital and private equity firms as well as continuing to actively serve on several boards. Logan most recently served as head of Management Strategy and a member of the Operating Committee at Atlantic Trust, the Private Wealth Management arm of Invesco. Previously, Logan was a Senior Vice President in City National Bank's wealth management division. He spent much of his career in management consulting, in leadership positions at Capgemini, EMC Corporation and PwC LLP. Logan earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in public policy and political science from Duke University. Logan holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst(SM) designation administered by the Investment Management Consultants Association(SM) and taught in conjunction with The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Ozi Amanat is the Director and Chief Investment Officer at Spice Global, a diversified conglomerate with interests in Mobility, Healthcare, Finance and Entertainment.
Ozi is a young and vibrant professional who has mastered the art of devising smart investment strategies that have helped incubate new opportunities for quick fruition. He enjoys perennial challenges, inevitable in mastering the art of investing. His direct business engagements at leadership levels with global brands have not only enhanced his proficiency to balance investment risks along with production of positive spreads but also shaped his ability to foresee areas of high potential.
Ozi has been a consistent performer of sorts with credible promises of value creation for all stakeholders. He has developed a strong pipeline of global investment opportunities. Most recently, Ozi was Director at a billion family office and endowment, where he managed an extensive alternatives portfolio and focused on direct deals. A Harvard graduate and son of acedemics turned entrepreneurs who built a successful medical services company, Ozi learned about and had a keen interst in buisness from an early age.
Ozi has been equally active in carrying forward his inherited spirit of philanthropy through civic service. He is served on the board of Mount Sinai Hospital and serves on board of Seeds of Peace, a organization committed to promoting global peace and understanding among youth from regions in conflict around the globe. He received the Seeds of Peace‘s Young Peacemaker Award for his outstanding philanthropic work and entrepreneurial pursits.
At Spice Global, Ozi is responsible for devising investment strategies for value based growth through new businesses and also managing and enhancing Group’s portfolio of assets. Ozi is also a Director on the Family Board of Spice Global and guides the organisation efforts to ensure the quality, consistency, and implementation of the ‘smart’ investment philosophy of Spice Global.
Candice Beaumont is a Managing Director who runs L Investments, a family office with a vast portfolio of public and private equity that is primarily focused on commodities. She oversees all capital allocation decisions for the fund of funds as well as the direct investment portfolio. She is also a financial consultant to Genoil Inc, (www.Genoil.net) an emerging heavy oil technology and portfolio company of L Investments. Ms. Beaumont is a member of the Independent Petroleum Association of America.
Candice Beaumont has well over a decade of experience in the investment business. She started her career in Corporate Finance at Merrill Lynch. Ms. Beaumont worked as an investment banker at Lazard Frères for several years, executing over $20 billion of merger and acquisition advisory assignments. While at Lazard she advised clients globally on a wide array of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, hostile takeovers and hostile defense. She left Lazard to work as a private equity principal at Argonaut Capital, where she was responsible for all aspects of new investment execution for the firm and its portfolio companies, including sourcing and screening potential investment candidates, conducting industry and market analyses, determining valuations, and structuring and negotiating term sheets. Ms. Candice Beaumont attended Rice University, and obtained a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Miami, graduating first in her class with a major of International Finance & Marketing. Candice was Captain of the Miami Varsity Tennis team earning Academic All American honors and is also a former world ranked professional tennis player.
Tim’s background lies in the distribution and sale of alternative investment vehicles with a past concentration on multi-manager and single manager hedge funds. Most recently he was Head of Global Platforms for New York based alternative asset manager, SkyBridge Capital, where he was in charge of building and managing the Firm’s platform sales activities. In this position Tim focused on initiating, coordinating, and maintaining relationships with institutional, wealth management, and independent distribution platforms for the SkyBridge product suite on a global basis. Prior to SkyBridge, Tim was an original member of the Permal Group’s US Private Client Platform Distribution Team, where he was tasked with launching and developing the Firm’s US distribution arm and brand. On October 12, 2006 the group successfully launched their first US taxable hedge fund of funds nationally into the marketplace with Merrill Lynch. Prior to his private client experience, he worked on Permal’s Institutional Sales team which involved interfacing with pensions, endowments, and institutional consultants. Mr. Bello has been involved with over $2bn worth of new asset flows into alternative investment vehicles. He also currently is on the Membership Committee of the Core Club in New York. He is a graduate of St. Lawrence University.
Mr. Borish is Chairman and CEO of Computer Trading Corporation, an actively managed fund focused on macroeconomic investing, which was a spinoff of Tudor Systems Corporation. Mr. Borish had been a founding partner of Tudor Investment Corporation, where he was Director of Research for ten years. Mr. Borish is very active philanthropically. He is currently an investor and board member of CharityBuzz.com in New York, which combines pop culture, technology and online auctions to raise money for non-profits. He is a founding member, with Paul Jones and Glenn Dubin of the board of directors of the Robin Hood Foundation, which funds New York City educational projects for disadvantaged children. He is a founding board member of Math for America, an non-profit led by Jim Simons to improve mathematical education in U.S. public schools. He is currently a mayoral appointee to the Youth Board of the New York City Department of Youth and Community Development.
Identifying opportunities that enhance financial market efficiencies has driven many of Mr. Borish’s other endeavors. This includes Quadriserv, Inc. a technology driven securities lending platform, which emphasizes price transparency and process efficiency. He has also served as CEO of Twinfields Capital Management, a global macro hedge fund focused on the fixed income sector, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of OneChicago, LLC. Additionally, Mr. Borish now serves as Chairman of the Institute for Financial Markets, a nonprofit dedicated to participating in the development of standards and fostering best practices initiatives in the financial services industry.
Previously, Mr. Borish served as a Board Member of the Futures Industry Association (FIA), a Special Advisor to the Board of Directors of the Chicago Board of Trade, and as a staff member of the Presidential Task Force on Market Mechanisms (Brady Commission) to study the stock market decline of October 1987.
He earned his Masters of Public Policy from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan and BA in Economics from the same university.

Linda has 19 years experience advising family owners and their professional staff on risk and insurance management. Her previous experience includes Managing Director and Family Office Practice Leader at Marsh, Senior Relationship Manager within a private family investment office and Managing Director of Family Office Services at Wilmington Trust.
She is an advisor to the Bourn Idea Lab, housed within Castilleja School in Palo Alto California. It was established in 2012 in the memory of her brother Doug, Castilleja’s long‐time robotics mentor, and is home of the FIRST Robotics team, and a member of the FabLab@School network, a project of the Transformative Learning Technologies Lab at Stanford University.
Linda holds an MBA from Babson College and Bachelor of Arts from California State University at Long Beach. Mr. Coules is Founder and President of JG Coules Advisors, a retained search firm focused on Senior Investment Professionals, Traders and Marketers for Hedge Funds and Asset Managers. Also focused on placing CIOs, Senior PMs and CEOs at large Single and Multi-Family Offices. Previously, he was Managing Director at Hunter Advisors Corp. where he ran the Family Office Practice and co-ran the Hedge Fund Practice, he was a Portfolio Manager of event driven strategies at Brencourt Advisors. He has also held positions at JP Morgan and at Morgan Stanley where Mr. Coules was named by Institutional Investor Magazine as the Best Up and Coming Analyst across all industry specialties. Mr. Coules began his career as an attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom. Mr. de Visscher is President of de Visscher & Co. in Greenwich, CT. A native of Belgium, Mr. de Visscher has been an active advisor to business owning families for over twenty years, mostly in the United States, Canada, Europe, the Middle East and Latin America. In 1990, he founded de Visscher & Co., one of the world’s leading independent financial consulting and investment banking firms for family and closely-held companies. Over the last 18 years, he and his team have advised over 300 family companies and family offices worldwide on issues of liquidity of shareholders or capital needs of their business. Prior to opening his own firm he was a partner at Smith Barney, where he founded and ran Wall Street’s first Family Business Group. In 1998, Mr. de Visscher founded “Family Capital Growth Partners”, a private equity fund focused on making equity investments in family-owned and closely held companies. Mr. de Visscher is a director and shareholder of his own family’s global enterprise, N.V. Bekaert S.A. Headquartered in Belgium, Bekaert was founded by his great-grandfather in 1880. Today, the Bekaert Group has sales of $3.0 Billion in over 80 countries manufacturing and marketing a wide variety of steel wire and related products.
Mr. de Visscher is a partner, investor, advisor or director of several private corporations including Olympia Chimneys, Epic Brands in the U.K., and Ambridge Corp. in Colombia. He is a member of the Global Advisory Council to PlayPumps International and an advisor to J.H. Whitney Pan Asian Fund.
Mr. de Visscher is Honorary Consul of Belgium in the United States and Chairman of the Society of Friends of Belgium in New York.

Elijah Duckworth-Schachter has spent his career in the investment and strategy consulting industries. His primary focus has been in the private equity arena and his experience includes working for many years in the Private Equity and Mergers and Acquisitions Practice at Mercer Management Consulting, now Oliver Wyman. Additional past experience includes working at a mezzanine debt fund sourcing and structuring lower middle market buyouts and working as a financial analyst in the Investment Banking Division of Lehman Brothers.
Today, Elijah divides his time between managing his family's office and acting as a principal at Point One Percent, a strategy consulting and branding firm focused on the luxury goods industry. Elijah is a graduate of Columbia College, Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Affairs and Columbia Business School. He is active philanthropically and sits on the Alumni Council of Kent School.
Christopher Falkenberg is President of Insite Security, a security and investigations firm focused on high net worth families. He is a former Special Agent of the U.S. Secret Service and an attorney. While with the Secret Service, Mr. Falkenberg conducted numerous protective advances for the President of the United States and other government officials here and abroad. He led investigations of major fraud cases and worked several cases through trial and sentencing.. Among his awards and citations, he received the Treasury Department's Special Service Award and was recognized for heroism following the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. As a litigator with the New York law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell, Mr. Falkenberg conducted corporate internal investigations and was involved in a wide variety of civil and criminal matters. Prior to that, Mr. Falkenberg clerked for a judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Kenyon College and a J.D. from Columbia University, both with honors.
Lisa currently is the Treasurer & Investment Committee member for the Firestone Foundation & Family Interests. Lisa serves as a trustee and member of the investment committees for The Taft School in Watertown, CT; The African Wildlife Foundation based in Nairobi, Kenya; and the Challengers Boys and Girls Club of LA. Lisa has a vast network of family office and investment groups, and is very involved in community outreach and philanthropic organizations. A Cum Laude graduate of Princeton University, Lisa is an active alumnus. Lisa is also a writer. Mr. Handler is an advanced planning attorney focused on structuring complex estate plans and handling related business structures and tax planning issues for affluent families, family businesses and family offices. Such planning often involves the interplay of income tax, estate tax, executive benefits, and financial matters. In this regard, Mr. Handler is particularly experienced in dealing with business owners, directors, executives, professional athletes, celebrities and family offices. He has extensive experience in the analysis, design and implementation of domestic and international business planning, financial and estate planning, and advanced tax planning strategies. Barbara has worked with family offices and wealthy families around the globe for more than 30 years. Mr. Mancuso has served on the boards of directors of twelve companies which were leaders in their chosen fields. Those companies served many sectors including: consumer branded products ( Life Fitness now a subsidiary of Brunswick Corp.),specialty retail ( Jack Eckerd Drug Stores and Supermarkets General) and speech recognition equipment for the healthcare information market (Dictaphone now part of Nuance Communications).
William McEnroe – Managing Partner of FTS. Prior to founding FTS he was a founding Partner of WTAS (a national tax advisory firm / RIA and formerly part of HSBC) and was Head of the Alternative Investment Tax Group in New York. William was also a member of the IAS (Investment Allocation Services) investment committee at WTAS and was a firm wide resource on alternative investments and S corporations.
He has over 25 years of experience in advising clients on business and diverse tax matters, including extensive knowledge of alternative investments, partnership taxation, offshore taxation, and multistate taxation. Mr. Orben has responsibilities for overseeing all aspects of BLT’s finances including managing the overall investment portfolios. Mr. Orben is also the Executive Director of Family Office for the firm and the family. Prior to joining BLT, Mr. Orben was Senior Vice President of Bank of New York Mellon’s Private Client Investment Services division. He also served as National Sales Manager of The Dreyfus Corporation which was a subsidiary of Mellon Financial. Prior to that position, Mr. Orben spent 6 years with Quick and Reilly as a branch manager and financial consultant. He was also a board member of Salton, Inc. (NYSE:SFP), a designer, marketer, manufacturer and distributor of a broad range of branded small appliances like the George Foreman Grill until its sale to Harbinger Capital.
Steve's broad experience includes his role as managing director of Global Business Development for Standard and Poor's where he led initiatives to expand S&P's advisory services, the derivatives licensing of S&P strategies with investment banks and the distribution of the S&P Hedge Fund Index. Prior to S&P he worked for Murray Johnstone International Ltd. a Scottish money manager where he was responsible for the sales of international investment management services and private equity to families and institutions in North America. Additionally he has had roles managing distribution relationships with brokerage firms and sales to high net worth private investors for Nicholas- Applegate; developed family office relationships for Harris Bank; served as treasurer and managing director of Bank of Montreal Trust Co. In the 1970's Steve worked as a third-generation member of his family's firm in operational, sales and management roles. This entrepreneurial experience led to the founding of his first business, Advanced Nursing Services/Norrell Health Care, a company he successfully ran for six years then sold.

Prior to joining Silver Bridge, Mr. Prostano was President and Chief Operating Officer of Atlantic Trust, a division of AMVESCAP PLC. In this role, he was responsible for overall business management and planning for the Private Wealth Management division, as well as acquisitions, their integration and the design and build-out of the firm's wealth management capabilities. Assets under management increased from $7 billion to $17 billion under Mr. Prostano’s leadership. He also served as a Global Partner of AMVESCAP and a member of the Chairman's Advisory Council.
Before Atlantic Trust, he served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director in the Private Clients Group of FleetBoston Financial Corporation. He was responsible for building and the overall management of the Mid-Atlantic Region, a critical growth market for the firm, and developing the business strategy and platform design for Fleet's Wealth Advisory Group, targeting ultra-high net worth clients and family offices.
Mr. Prostano spent most of his career in the global financial services industry. As President and Chief Operating Officer of Chase’s Global Asset Management division, Mr. Prostano was responsible for the overall strategy and management of five global businesses which under his leadership doubled in size to more than $220 billion in assets under management. Global businesses included Private Client, Mutual Funds, Institutional, Alternative Investments and Investment Advisory. In this role, he designed and built a fully integrated global multi-product platform and was responsible for the full scale global integration of the Chase and Chemical Bank global investment units. He also created and launched the firm’s Institutional Asset Management and Investment Advisory businesses.
Mr. Prostano previously served as a senior executive with Mellon Bank and The Boston Company where he was responsible for the organizational design, reengineering, and integration of all business functions and systems within the Private Client and Asset Management divisions, post merger, the 2nd largest financial services consolidation in the 90s. His efforts resulted in a new operating environment in more than 12 locations, an expanded product/service offering and uniform client service standards. He was also responsible for building numerous wealth advisory practices, including financial and estate planning, philanthropy and planned giving, and a centralized tax division that provided technical training, compliance and consulting services to individuals, wealthy families, institutions and internal clients.
He started his career at KPMG Peat Marwick as a Senior Tax Manager and attorney consulting to high net worth families and not-for-profits on tax and financing planning issues. Simultaneously, he served as an adjunct professor at the Boston College Carroll Graduate School of Management teaching accounting and taxation for six years.
Mr. Prostano is a Certified Public Accountant earning his law degree cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law. He also received his LL.M degree in Taxation from Boston University Law School and graduated magna cum laude from Boston College with a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy. Amelia Renkert-Thomas, of Woodbridge, Connecticut, is the US-based joint managing director of Withers Consulting Group. She founded Fisher Renkert Consulting LLC, a family enterprise consulting firm focusing on governance architecture and family enterprise succession planning, and co-founded FBS Global Limited, an international consulting think-tank with a multi-disciplinary approach to advising family enterprises and entrepreneurs, serving affiliates throughout the US and Europe. Mr. Roux holds a JD degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego (1980), received a BA from the Univ of Colorado with majors in History and Political Science in 1976, and attended the Graduate Institute of International Studies Masters program in Geneva. Prior to that his family worked with Oakmont Corporation, a Los Angeles based family office that services multi-generational families. He is currently Head of Business Development at Aristeia Capital, a $3 billion credit relative value hedge fund, joining the principals he started his career with at UBS in 1993. Prior to that he spent nearly a decade in law enforcement management, serving as Special Assistant to the District Attorney of Queens County, New York, where he developed an extensive network of contacts in the law enforcement community in the New York metropolitan area, while managing administrative aspects of a major urban prosecutor's office.
